This week’s set of reviews is dedicated to throwing out anything that doesn’t need to stand in your way to destiny. What is destiny? I’d say it’s whatever YOU and GOD knows you are supposed to do in your lifetime.
I must warn you all that this week’s reviews are going to be somewhat in a negative light, but I will be steering you away from the dangers of media, (maybe) politics, music, movies, books, television, personalities, stores, and plenty more. Know that I’m saving you from the harsh realities of FREEDOM OF CHOICE. This means people can market, sell, and endorse anything they damn well please. This, of course, causes conflict with those individuals who feel threatened or insulted by the choice… Anyway, that’s an entirely different topic. Dear Beautiful People,
We’re approaching the end of the Beginnings week. A lot of things have happened, but I didn’t want to talk about every solitary thing. This week was dedicated to new beginnings and I didn’t want to overload you guys with a bunch of random information. Thank-you to anyone who participated, wrote to me, or left comments during this initial week. Things will get better with time. In the meantime, here is an assignment, beautiful people:
Write out all the things you DON’T need in your life. Keep this handy, we’ll be using it sometime next week. Thanks for all your support and help and I’ll be posting first thing Monday morning!

This video was voted one of the most popular vids emailed. It was awkward, but compared to what Britney's done in the past, I'm just happy she's doing what she does so damn well: dance around on the stage moving her lips. She's obviously getting a nice turn-out to her concerts. Comment below.

Sometimes, beautiful people, I have to take some time aside and evaluate myself. Things have been happening in my life that I'm sure are set to make me stronger. I just need to take a deep breath, relax and get my think on. Being self-employed means you have to work twice as hard to secure a project or assignment and then get it done.

I know that a lot of people are wigging out over Michael Jackson's Tour Announcement. Frankly, I’m excited and kind of saddened. Come on, this is the king of Pop. This is the man who brought us- and the entertainers who’re out now- dance moves, singing styles, never before heard of musical production choices! To have him say, “This is it,” makes you a little down. Even though he was stating that this is his last performance in London, it kinda still sucks.
Michael is supposed to play ten live concerts at the London O2 Arena sometime in July. This is- of course- the announcement from the press conference held in London O2 Arena on March 5, 2009. We’re about 18 days late here, all 10 shows are officially SOLD OUT! Now that’s boss.

Lincoln Theodore Monroe Andrew Perry is not known by many people. This isn’t because he didn’t cause change or because he was some anoymous person hide between the cracks of life. It’s because he was better known as Stepin Fetchit. This character garnered much attention back in the ‘30s. Black people didn’t respect the character as much as Caucasan viewers loved him. And when I say “loved him” that’s exactly what the hell I mean. This man was the very first African American actor to become a millionaire!
Although Mr. Lincoln Perry was the first black actor to become a millionaire, he declared bankruptcy in 1947. While looking up more info on Stepin Fetchit I stumbled across Wikipidia dot com, and I read that Willie Best (Sleep 'n Eat) and Mantan Moreland, the scared, wide-eyed manservant of Charlie Chan were close imitators of Mr. Perry.
Say what you want about him, he appeared in 54 films between 1925 and 1976 and the Hollywood chapter of the NAACP awarded him a Special NAACP Image Award. He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the category "Motion pictures". Two years after that, Perry was inducted into the Black Filmmakers Hall of Fame. Unfortunatly, he had a stroke in 1976 and it ended his career. And though he died pennyless on November 19, 1985, he’ll be remembered for what he helped Haley Barry and Denzel Washington accomplish….
